High Quality Material
We have more than 2000 tons of coil steel in stock, which can be quickly produced and shipped of all kinds of washers.
We also have about 500 tons of sheet steel in stock. These can produce all kinds of stamping parts.
Material thickness ranges from 0.30mm to 16mm.
The raw materials include low carbon steel (C1008 C1010 Q195 Q235 Q355), middle carbon steel (C1045 C1050), High Carbon steel(C1065 C1075 65MN), Alloy steel (40CR 42CRMO), stainless steel (SS304 SS316 SS321), Brass(H62), Copper, aluminum(3003 5005 5052 5754 6061 6082) etc.

Ankou's tooling department maintains an inventory over 4,000 ready-to-use tools to insure the fastest possible delivery on any washer order. When secondary operations are needed, Ankou is capable of completing involved and difficult processes in-house.
